By accessing or purchasing from mooncloog.com, you agree to these terms.
OUR PRODUCTS All Mooncloog pieces are limited drops. Once sold out, they're gone. Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen calibration differences. All items are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
PAYMENTS We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments — we never store your card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
ORDER CONFIRMATION Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us at Mooncloog@gmail.com.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled. Contact us immediately at Mooncloog@gmail.com or +1 603-682-3996.
SHIPPING All orders ship from Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. Free worldwide shipping on all orders — fully insured. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Mooncloog is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
15-DAY RETURNS & 30-DAY WARRANTY We accept returns within 15 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in perfect condition with original tags and packaging. All Mooncloog pieces carry a 30-day quality warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
EXCHANGES We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, return your original order and place a new one.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS We take fraud seriously. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation. We reserve the right to cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent and report them to the appropriate authorities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on mooncloog.com — including logos, product images, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of Mooncloog. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Mooncloog's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to mooncloog.com. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
